Operator and Agreement
zxqjmv.com is operated by Chengdu Tianqi Technology Co., Ltd. Purchases are subject to these terms and the applicable Shipping, Return & Refund, Payment & Security, and Privacy policies. Review them before submitting an order.
Eligibility and Information
Purchase independently only if you are 18 or have reached the applicable legal contracting age. Otherwise, a parent or guardian must be appropriately involved. Supply accurate account, payment, and delivery information, protect your credentials, and report suspected unauthorized activity.
Product Listings
The collection covers Home Organization, Desk Accessories, and Travel Organization. Use the listing to identify dimensions, materials, compatibility, care instructions, and included items. Images may show styling accessories that are not part of the sale. Lighting and display settings affect perceived color; we correct material listing errors when identified.
Order Acceptance
An order submission is a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not necessarily complete acceptance. Verification, inventory, and delivery checks may apply. We may reasonably refuse or cancel an order for unavailable goods, failed payment, fraud, material errors, delivery restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Collected payment for a canceled order is refunded as applicable.
Payment and Promotions
The checkout currency and total, including shipping, applicable taxes, and valid discounts, are displayed before payment. You authorize the transaction using your selected method. Apply promotional codes before completion; offer eligibility, availability, expiry, and combination limits follow the stated promotion.
Delivery and Returns
Preparation normally takes 2–4 business days, or up to 5 during busy periods. Supported standard U.S. transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. Consult the corresponding policies for conditions and costs.
Order Issues and Changes
Report delivery damage, defects, missing items, wrong goods, or material mismatches promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. Confirmed errors attributable to us receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by the error. Ask immediately for cancellations or changes; fulfillment progress can prevent them. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Appropriate Product Use
Follow the actual product instructions. Confirm fit and rated load before placing equipment on a monitor stand or loading a hanging organizer. Use storage items within their intended purpose; do not assume electrical, waterproof, leakproof, or other unlisted performance. Products do not provide medical treatment or guarantee a personal outcome.
Commercial Orders and Brand Rights
Contact us before unusually large or resale orders to discuss availability. A purchase does not grant distributor status or permission to use our branding as an official representative. Protected store content and branding remain with their respective rights holders; lawful personal shopping does not authorize commercial copying.
Customer Submissions
Submit reviews or other content only if you have the necessary rights and the content is lawful and accurate. Voluntary publication submissions give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host and display them for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements. Unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive submissions may be removed.
Providers, Privacy, and Availability
Shopify and relevant third-party providers support the store. Their services may have separate terms. Personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Maintenance, security incidents, or outages can interrupt services; continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Legal Limits and Disputes
Any disclaimer or liability limit applies only as permitted by law and does not exclude mandatory rights, warranties, or remedies. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force. Contact support first to seek a good-faith resolution of a dispute.
Changes and Interpretation
Updates apply as permitted by law and do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining valid provisions continue as far as legally permissible. A transaction-specific policy governs its subject over a general website provision.
